Swedish-Swedish massage uses light and flowing strokes to stimulate the lymphatic and circulation by increasing the blood flow leaving you in a relaxed state of bliss. This massage comes in 30, 60, and 90 minute sessions.

Deep Tissue- Deep Tissue massage relieves tight, sore muscles and flush toxins that are stored in tissues from either a good workout, or stress and tension. We incorporate moist-heated towels and stretching techniques to leave the body relaxed and ready for the days ahead. This massage comes in 30, 60, and 90 minute sessions.

Myoskeletal- Muscles often become fibrotic and can cause pain. Most people have back pain. So by working on the fibrotic muscles along the spine (erector spinae group), the therapist can help get some freedom from your pain.

Hot Stone- Basalt lava stones are immersed in hot water. The therapist applies oils to the body before the stones are used. Utilizing Swedish techniques, the deep penetrating warmth of the stones melt away your tension, and will leave you in a peaceful state of relaxation. This massage comes in 30, 60, and 90 minute sessions.

Prenatal-This massage focuses on tension areas to assist with the reduction of swelling and to soothe aching joints and muscles, leaving mother and baby relaxed and ready for the times ahead. This massage comes in 30, 45, and 60 minute sessions.

Double Massage- Get pampered with two massage therapists working on you at the same time. While one therapist starts at your scalp and works down your back, the other therapist starts at the feet and works on the legs. $150 per person.

Body Treatments

Scrubs- Scrubs are used to exfoliate the dry, dead skin cells. Your choice of Sea Salt, or White, or Brown sugar is mixed up with your choice of essential oils to make your very own scrub. The scrub is applied to the back or the body. After the area (s) have been worked on, it is then removed by a warm shower or worm moist towels.. Leaving your skin smooth and soft.

Masks- Masks are used to add moisture to the skin. You can choose from a Green Tea or a Calendula mask. The Calendula is better for more sensitive skin than the Green Tea. First, the skin is exfoliated to remove the dry, dead skin cells. Then the mask is applied to the areas chosen. Once the mask dries, it is then removed by a warm shower or warm moist towels. The masks can be just the back or the body.

Ear Candling- A long, tapered candle is slightly inserted into the ear canal, then lit. Once the candle is lit, it pulls built up ear wax (which can contain bacteria causing ear and sinus problems) out. Each candle takes 10-15 minutes. 2 candles per ear.
